Being sailors ourselves we understand the importance of having quick turn around on sail repairs. We will make our best effort to get you back on the water as soon as possible. Consider having your sails serviced on a regular basis in the off-season. It will help catch any small problems before they become big problems. We will lay out your sail and check for any wear or damage, and can coordinate cleaning if necessary. Finally we will correctly flake your sail so it is ready to go for next season.
We have a long arm zig zag machine on-hand specifically for sails. Typical projects include UV strip renewal, re-stitching seams, worn jib tape and luff tape replacement, batten pocket repair, sail slide replacement, numbers/insignia replacement, and grommet and chafe repairs. Sail pick up ($10) and delivery service ($5) is available for sailors in the Twin Ports. Depending on our travel schedule, we will also coordinate for sailors in Bayfield and Apostle Islands.
